They specialize in homemade polish sausage, they also make homemade lunch meats and other European foods such as pierogi and stuffed cabbage.
 They smoke their lean meats in a natural wood smokehouse located on the premises.

No Preservatives ~ No Nitrates !

Orders are placed in 1 lb increments with the exception of:
 Pierogi (12 per order)
Sausage (per link)
Bacon w/the rib (order by the # of ribs desired)
Cottage & Semi-Boneless Hams (random weights)
