All their cheese is handmade with loving care.

Using their our own certified organic milk

No coloring added.

Seasoned cheese is made using only the finest organic ingredients.

Cultures contain no gmo's or modified organisms.

Rennet used is vegatable based (not animal based like commercial cheese).

Sea Salt is used as the only preservative.

Please consider planning ahead for your freezer beef.

Fall processing is in high demand. Our farmers have had their animals on healthy green pasture all spring/summer and into fall. AND remember: Many processers hesitate to take too many appointments due to hunting season and the need to get the deer in with little to no notice.

Grass fed when there is grass... the crops are rotated accordingly.

Grains and/or hay they eat are grown on the farm next door (we are talking large acreage).

No pesticides or sprays of any kind are used. Organic practices.

All feed is mixed on site to ensure that no feed additives are used.

There are no hormones involved at all.
